Personal data we collect

This policy describes how monkeyLabs Inc. and its third party partners collect, use and share information about you. By downloading, accessing and/or using our apps you agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

monkeyLabs Inc. does NOT request or collect sensitive, personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, phone number or social media accounts. However, some of our apps may request your explicit permission to access your device's location.

Information you provide:

monkeyLabs will only obtain your email address if you send us an email but we do not use your email address for any reason other than to respond to your email, nor do we send your email address to others.

Our Money Converter+ app:

With your explicit permission, this app can identify your current location. If you grant this app permission to identify your current location, this app will use this information to determine which country you are currently travelling in so that its currency can be automatically determined. You may revoke this permission by changing the appropriate privacy setting in Apple's Settings app available on your device. See information regarding Ad Networks below for additional information.

Information collected automatically:

Our apps may collect information regarding your use of the app using a third party service such as Google Analytics or Flurry. The information sent to such third party service includes information regarding which features are being used and information describing technical problems that occur (e.g., causes the app to crash). Other information provided to such third party service include the version of iOS installed on your device, language and country setting of your device, type of device and type of network connection (WIFI or Cell). We use this information to help us fix bugs and provide you with an overall better experience.

Note that although Flurry also provides an Ad service, this service has been deactivated in the latest version of the Money Converter+ app.

This app uses the third-pary service AdMob to display ads, unless you have purchased the In-App Purchase to unlock all features and remove ads. AdMob is a service from Google. The AdMob service also uses other third-pary Ad Networks to provide ads. We have limited ads to the following Ad Networks:

monkeyLabs does not store any information on its users or their devices so we have no information about you to remove, other than any emails you send us.
